All m2m.ma features

From the first invoice to the VAT return, each step connects to the next.

Understanding the platform

m2m.ma connects your invoices, expenses, bank and VAT. Information entered once is used everywhere: the invoice feeds your books, the bank statement marks it paid, and your return prepares itself. Click an icon to discover each feature.

From the first invoice to the VAT return

m2m.ma connects the management tasks that a small business usually handles in several tools. Information entered once is then used everywhere: the invoice feeds the accounts, the bank statement marks it as paid, and the VAT calculation starts from the same figures. So you have less to re-enter, and fewer discrepancies between your documents.

A typical process runs like this. You create an invoice, you validate it, it receives its number and does not change again. Your customer receives the PDF. You import your statement, and the payment is recognised. At the end of the period, your VAT is calculated, you check it and you file it on the DGI portal.

Invoice and get paid

The features in this part are used every day, from your first sale.

  • Invoices, quotes and credit notes, with ICE, IF, RC, business tax and amount in words
  • Eight document templates and your logo
  • Monthly, quarterly or annual recurring invoices
  • Sending by email from your Gmail, Outlook or domain address
  • Invoicing outside VAT for export or free zones
  • Import of MT940, CAMT.053, OFX or CSV statements, with payment recognition

Spend and track

On the mobile app, you photograph your supplier invoices, and the supplier, ICE, date and amounts are suggested for you to check. Scanning exists only on the phone; from a computer, you can enter your expenses. Each expense goes into a category you can understand, and the corresponding account in the Moroccan chart of accounts is used.

Your reports show income and expenses month by month, overdue invoices and your top customers. You can export them, print them or send them by email.

Work together, securely

You give each person a role: owner, accountant or view-only. Your accountant works directly on your data or simply views and downloads it, as you choose. Each user chooses their interface language from French, Arabic and English, and each business has its own database.

If you sell online, the WordPress plugin for WooCommerce, the Drupal Commerce module and the API create one invoice for each order, with no duplicates. Certain limits are stated clearly: direct connection to banks and transmission to the DGI are not active at present.

Here is what happens between creating an invoice and your VAT return. Each step feeds the next, with no retyping.

  1. 1

    You create the invoice

You choose the customer, add your lines and check the PDF. The ICE check flags a name that does not match.
