Process digitalisation for your business

Replace paper and scattered files with forms, approvals and well-organised documents.

Why digitalise your processes

When information travels on paper, it gets copied, lost and delayed. A digital process keeps a single version of the data and shows who needs to act. You spend less time searching and you see more clearly what is holding things up.

How we work

  1. 1

    Map

We describe the current workflow with you, step by step. We identify duplicate work, waiting points and the documents that are really needed.

  2. 2

    Simplify

We remove what is no longer useful before digitalising anything. You approve the new workflow on a simple diagram.

  3. 3

    Build

We develop the forms, rules and screens for a first process. Your teams try it and we adjust it with them.

  4. 4

    Extend

Once the first process is adopted, we can add others. The dashboard grows as your needs develop.

What digitalising a process means

A process is a series of steps that keeps repeating in your business: a purchase request, a service report, a customer file, an expense claim. Digitalisation means moving those steps onto a digital tool, from data entry to filing. A person fills in a form instead of a paper sheet, the manager approves from a phone or computer, and the final document ends up in the right place without being copied again.

This is not about buying one more piece of software. The aim is to make daily work simpler for those who do it and easier to read for you, the business owner.

Signs that it is time to act

Some situations come up often in SMEs and suggest that a process deserves a fresh look.

  • The same information is entered several times in different files
  • Nobody knows where a request stands without calling a colleague
  • An important document is hard to find
  • Everything stops when the person who knows the file is away
  • Your figures arrive too late to help you decide

Start small, with a single workflow

We recommend starting with one process that is frequent and well known to your teams. This is often the simplest way to check that the tool suits you and to get people using it. We study the current workflow, simplify it, then build it and adjust it with the people who use it every day.

This first step also shows what your data can help you follow: the number of requests, processing times, files on hold. That information can then feed a simple dashboard.

Keep your tools where possible

Digitalising does not mean replacing everything. If your accounting software or customer file suits you, we try to connect it to the new workflow, through an API when one exists or through exchange files. For your invoices, the workflow can also rely on the my.m2m.ma platform, which prepares e-invoices, accounting and VAT.

Finally, a digital process often holds data about your customers or employees. Law 09-08 and the CNDP should be taken into account from the design stage, and access rights are defined with you. As every project is different, we prepare a quote once we understand your need.
