Create a template for each subscription, maintenance contract or support assignment, with a monthly, quarterly or annual frequency. Choose to review each invoice as a draft or let it go out automatically. You see the next date for each recurring invoice, and you suspend it if a contract ends.
Your invoices go out from your own address, through Gmail, Outlook or your domain name, with your logo. Your customers recognise your name, and the history shows who each invoice was sent to.

VAT prepared from what you collect
In services, the choice of VAT scheme, cash basis or debit basis, changes when the tax becomes due. Enter your scheme in Settings, after checking it with your accountant. m2m.ma takes into account the invoices relating to the period, including part payments, and shows the amount to set aside. You check it, then file on the DGI portal.
By importing your statements, you link each transfer to the corresponding invoice, which feeds directly into this calculation.
Work as a team
A firm can give each colleague the right access and keep certain files visible to the owner alone. Everyone chooses their interface language. Your accountant, whether working in Rabat or elsewhere in the Rabat-Sale-Kenitra region, can be invited to view or to enter data directly. For your costs, such as telephone, travel or office rental, scanning on the mobile app saves you keeping a pile of receipts. You can try this way of working for 15 days, with no payment method.
