A complete invoice from the first send
An invoice missing an ICE or a required detail often comes back to you, and its payment waits in the meantime. In m2m.ma, you enter your ICE, tax identifier, RC and business tax details once in Settings. They then appear on every document, along with the amount in words and your logo. Eight templates are available: choose the one that best suits your business.
To create an invoice, open Income and choose your customer. You can find them by name or by ICE, and their contact details fill in by themselves. Then add your lines. Products you have already saved bring in their price and VAT rate, so you don't have to retype them for every sale.
From draft to validated invoice
While the document is still a draft, you can change anything and check how the PDF looks. When you validate it, the number is assigned and the invoice is locked. It will not change again, which keeps your numbering reliable. If you spot a mistake afterwards, you issue a credit note linked to the original invoice, then a new invoice if needed.
You can also state the expected payment method (bank transfer, cheque, bill of exchange, card or cash), a due date and a purchase order reference when your customer asks for one.
Quotes that become invoices
A quote is prepared in the same way as an invoice and includes a signature area. Once your customer agrees, you convert it into an invoice without retyping the lines. For a sale that resembles an earlier one, you can also duplicate an existing document and adapt it.
Send, then track payment
From the validated invoice, you send it by email: your customer receives the PDF from your own address. You then see in the same place what is paid, part paid or overdue. As soon as you import your bank statement, the transfers that are recognised update these statuses.
