One place for each employee
An employee's file contains many items: identity, contract, position, documents, training, due dates. When they are spread across binders and files, it is hard to know what is missing. A digital file brings everything together in one place. You can be notified as the end of a trial period or a contract approaches, and find a document without searching through a cabinet.
Leave and absence without a notebook
The employee makes a request from a phone or a shared computer. The manager receives a notification, sees who else is away and replies. The balance is updated according to the rules you have given us, and the department concerned sees the schedule.
These calculation rules vary between companies and situations. We set them up based on your instructions, and they should be checked by your accountant or employment law adviser.
Tracking attendance simply
Depending on your business, attendance can be recorded in several ways: entry by the team supervisor, clocking in on a tablet, or a link with a time clock when it can export its data. We start from what you already have and from how your teams work, in a workshop, on a building site or in the office. Late arrivals, overtime and absences can then be read on a simple dashboard.
Payroll and CNSS: preparing, not replacing
Our tool does not replace your payroll provider or your accountant. It can prepare their work by giving them clean data, in the format they ask for.
- Export of days worked, absences and hours for your payroll provider
- Preparation of the data needed for CNSS declarations
- Calculations and exports checked by your accountant before any use
- Declarations and payslips remain the responsibility of your usual advisers
Onboarding and data that needs care
Onboarding a new employee can follow a simple list: documents to collect, equipment to hand over, access to open, people to meet. Each manager sees their part and what remains to be done before the first day.
Staff data is personal data, and sometimes sensitive. Law 09-08 and the CNDP should be taken into account from the design stage of the tool, and we plan with you access rights limited to those who need them. The steps to take should be reviewed with your adviser. As each company has its own rules, we prepare a quote after studying your project.
