Digitalisation in practical terms for SMEs
In many Moroccan SMEs, information still travels on paper, in scattered Excel files and through messaging groups. A purchase request gets lost, a stock figure is out of date, a document cannot be found on the day it is needed. Digitalising does not mean changing everything. It means putting this information in one place, with simple rules and with people clearly responsible for each step.
What m2m.ma can do for you
m2m.ma, published by Tilmiconnect in Tangier, offers several types of solution. You can start with just one, then add others according to your priorities.
- Process digitalisation: forms, approval workflows and document management
- M2M automation: sensors, gateways, alerts and remote monitoring of your machines
- E-commerce: an online shop connected to payment, delivery and stock
- Stock management: receipts, shipments, warehouses, inventories and traceability
- Office management: purchasing, internal requests, bookings and task follow-up
- Staff management: files, leave, attendance and payroll export
- E-invoicing: invoice, accounting and VAT preparation on my.m2m.ma
Custom-built or ready to use
The my.m2m.ma platform is a separate product that you can use as it is to prepare your e-invoices, accounting and VAT. Transmission to the DGI is not active on it at this time. The other solutions are built for your business: we start from the way you work and prepare a quote for each project.
The two approaches can work together. An online shop, for example, can automatically create an invoice on my.m2m.ma for each paid order.
Where to start
The simplest approach is to choose the problem that takes the most energy from you today: a difficult inventory, slow approvals, a machine that has to be checked on site. Describe that problem to us in your own words, without technical vocabulary. We will tell you what seems realistic to us, what can wait and what you can already solve with your current tools.
For anything involving tax, payroll or CNSS, your accountant validates the rules to apply. When a tool handles personal data, law 09-08 and the CNDP should be taken into account from the design stage.
