Delete your m2m.ma account

You can delete your m2m.ma account at any time from the mobile app, from my.m2m.ma or by e-mail. Deletion is permanent.

From the app or the website

  1. Sign in to m2m.ma.
  2. Open “Compte” (Account), then “Mon compte” (My account).
  3. At the bottom of the page, open “Supprimer mon compte” (Delete my account).
  4. Enter your password and the word SUPPRIMER, then confirm.

Write to us from your account’s e-mail address with the subject “Account deletion”. We handle the request within 30 days: info@m2m.ma

What is deleted

  • Your name, e-mail address and password.
  • Your sessions, sign-in history and two-factor authentication.
  • Your access to companies and pending invitations.

What is kept

If you were the only manager of a company, it is closed. Its invoices and books are kept for the legal period of 10 years, with nobody able to access them, then erased. To receive a copy, write to the address above.
