You are already a customer
Open a ticket from the Help menu in your workspace. Your request is tracked there, and you will find our replies in the same place. Describe what you wanted to do, what happened, and the invoice number or file name concerned, if there is one.
Never send us your password, either by email or in a ticket. The platform's help centre already answers many common questions: first settings, statement import, scanning, VAT and accountant access.
You would like to discover the platform
You don't need to call us to get started. Create your account to try m2m.ma for 15 days, with no payment method. To simply see how it works, create a demo business, which contains fictitious data. We can then answer your questions about what you have seen and point you to the plan that suits the size of your team.
What we can tell you, and what is for your accountant
We are happy to answer questions about how the platform works: how to create an invoice, how to import a statement, how to invite someone or how to connect an online shop. For a tax or legal question, such as a VAT rate, an exemption or a deadline, we will refer you to your chartered accountant and to the DGI's official communications. Our answers do not replace their advice.
If you are an accounting firm, an integrator or a service company and would like to offer m2m.ma to your clients, describe your activity and your region in your message. Our team will explain how the reseller programme works, and the terms will be communicated to you directly.
