Read your figures without waiting for the end of the year
Many business owners only discover their result when the balance sheet arrives, even though decisions are made all year round. m2m.ma reports are built from your invoices and expenses, with no spreadsheet to prepare. You can see what you have sold and spent, the overdue invoices and the customers that weigh most in your business.
Open the report from Income or from Expenses, then choose the year. Both use the same format, which makes comparison easy.
What you find in a report
The year's totals come with a twelve-month chart. You can immediately spot a quiet month, a rising expense or stronger takings than usual. The breakdown by customer and supplier shows where your turnover comes from and which suppliers your money goes to. If a small number of customers account for most of your sales, you can see it here.
Sales outside VAT, for export or in a free zone, are shown separately so that they don't get mixed up with your sales in Morocco.
- Income and expenses month by month
- Top customers and top suppliers
- Overdue invoices to follow up
- Sales outside VAT kept apart from the rest
Share without opening your account
A report can be exported as CSV, printed or sent by email. Your accountant, business partner or banker therefore receives a clear document without needing access to your workspace. The CSV file opens in a spreadsheet if you want to take the analysis further yourself.
Practical questions, quick answers
These reports help you answer everyday questions. Which customer should I chase this week? Which month of the year is the busiest? Are my purchases rising faster than my sales? Can I afford a new investment this quarter?
The figures shown reflect what is recorded in the platform: the more up to date your invoices and expenses are, the more reliable the reading. Reports are there to help you run the business and do not replace official statements, which you prepare with your accountant. For a more accounting-focused view, the income statement and balance sheet are available in the Accounting section.
