Everyone works in their own language
In many Moroccan businesses, several languages are used side by side every day. The owner prefers Arabic, the accountant works in French, and a partner based abroad would rather read English. m2m.ma does not force you to choose: the language is set per user, not for the whole business.
To change it, open the Account menu and select French, Arabic or English. The interface changes straight away for you, without changing anything for your colleagues. You make this choice once and it follows your account from one device to another, from phone to computer.
An interface that is properly adapted
Menus, buttons and messages change language. In Arabic, the whole page switches to right-to-left: it reads the way you are used to, rather than being a mere translation placed in a French layout. The public website also exists in these three languages.

Your invoices stay in French
The interface language does not change the language of your documents. Invoices remain written in French, whichever user prepares them. An Arabic-speaking colleague can therefore create an invoice in an Arabic interface: your customer receives it in the same format as usual.
Your data stays the same for everyone. A customer's name, an amount or an invoice number does not depend on the language displayed, and your colleagues see exactly the same figures. If you have a question about the details to include or the language expected for a particular document, your accountant will be able to answer it.
Why this matters day to day
A management tool is only useful if the people entering the data understand it. When everyone can read the labels in their own language, there is less hesitation when filing an expense, fewer wrong buttons pressed and fewer questions for the person who already knows the software. A new colleague can also start in the language they are most comfortable with, then change whenever they like.
