Invoice faster with your catalogue
Save your products with their price and VAT rate. When preparing an invoice, you simply choose them: the lines fill in, and the amount in words, your required details and your logo appear on the document. You can find a customer by name or by ICE.
Do you also sell online? Connect your shop using the WordPress plugin for WooCommerce, the Drupal Commerce module or the API. Each order sent creates its invoice, once only.

Know who owes you what
Import your bank statements: transfers are recognised from invoice numbers, even when rewritten by the bank, and one transfer can settle several invoices. All you have left to do is follow up those still overdue. Your reports show your top customers and what you sell each month.
On the purchasing side, photograph your supplier invoices from the mobile app and sort them. The goods you buy then feed into your deductible VAT and your expenses.
VAT and your accountant
VAT collected and deductible VAT are calculated according to your scheme and filing frequency. You check them, then file on the DGI portal. The rate that applies to your products should be checked with your accountant, in Temara or in the Rabat-Sale-Kenitra region, whom you can invite into your workspace.
