Craftspeople and small businesses in Boujad

A clean invoice, with your logo
Enter your ICE, tax identifier and other details once in Settings. Choose one of the eight templates available and add your logo. For each sale, you select the customer, add your lines and validate: the amount in words and the number are added by themselves. You then send the PDF by email from your own address.
A customer asks for a price before ordering? Prepare a quote and convert it into an invoice when they accept. If your creations go abroad, the Export scheme is available: VAT goes to 0% and the statement appears, subject to what your accountant confirms for your case.

Your purchases, without a notebook
Install the mobile app and photograph your raw materials supplier's invoice as soon as you have it in hand. You check the suggested values, then choose a simple category such as raw materials, small tools or rent. You don't need to know any account numbers.
Import your bank statement from time to time: payments received are recognised and settled invoices show up as such. A cash receipt can also be recorded in the invoice.

The Small business plan, at 2,400 DH excl. VAT per year, includes one user and one guest, for example your accountant, whether in Boujad or in the Beni Mellal-Khenifra region. Start with the 15-day trial, with no payment method. Your tax scheme depends on your legal form and your activity, and is worth checking with them before your first invoice.
