Why digitalise staff management

In an SME, staff information is often scattered across binders, notebooks and messages. A single tool avoids searching for a leave balance or a contract at the last moment. Employees know where their requests stand and your managers decide with the right information.

Staff management for exporters and free-zone companies

How we work

  1. 1

    Understand

We review your files, your leave rules and your working hours. We also note the information your accountant or payroll provider expects.

  2. 2

    Frame

We define who sees what and who approves what. The processing of personal data is examined with you, taking law 09-08 into account.

  3. 3

    Build

We develop the screens and bring over your existing files. A small group tries the tool before it opens to everyone.

  4. 4

    Check

Your accountant checks the exports before they are used. We adjust the format based on their feedback.
