Send an invoice directly to another business
When an invoice arrives by email, your customer has to find it, open it, then retype everything into their accounts. If you and your customer are both verified businesses on m2m.ma, there is a simpler route: the invoice arrives directly in their workspace, with no retyping and no risk of getting lost in an inbox.
When sending, you choose between email and direct exchange with the receiving business. It receives the document in its expenses, as a draft. It checks it, then validates it in its own accounts. Nothing enters its books without its agreement.
Who can take part
Exchange is reserved for verified businesses. When you sign up or later on, you submit your ICE certificate, which you will find on the official ice.gov.ma portal. Our team compares this document with your ICE and registered company name, then tells you the result by email. This check does not rely on an automatic query of an official register.
During verification, you use the platform as normal: only the exchange of invoices with other businesses remains unavailable. If a verified business changes its registered name, it goes through this check again.

What this exchange is not
This exchange is internal to the platform. It is not a transmission to the DGI, which is not active at present, and it has no particular tax value. The transmission screen in m2m.ma runs as a simulation. Official transmission will depend on the specifications that the DGI has yet to confirm.
A verified business is one whose certificate our team has checked. This does not guarantee its solvency and does not replace your own checks on a new customer or supplier.
What you gain
As the sender, you know the document has arrived in the right place and you keep tracking its payment as for any other invoice. As the recipient, you avoid data entry, and the expense stays on hold until you have checked it. Your regular partners can join you gradually, and everyone keeps the option of email at any time.
