Why digitalise your processes

When information travels on paper, it gets copied, lost and delayed. A digital process keeps a single version of the data and shows who needs to act. You spend less time searching and you see more clearly what is holding things up.

How we work

  1. 1

    Map

We describe the current workflow with you, step by step. We identify duplicate work, waiting points and the documents that are really needed.

  2. 2

    Simplify

We remove what is no longer useful before digitalising anything. You approve the new workflow on a simple diagram.

  3. 3

    Build

We develop the forms, rules and screens for a first process. Your teams try it and we adjust it with them.

  4. 4

    Extend

Once the first process is adopted, we can add others. The dashboard grows as your needs develop.
